The key is allowing people the opportunity to voice their views, their opinions, but just understand and recognize that people have had different experiences. And sometimes if you just take the time, and you're patient with them, and walk them through your experience, and then ask questions. I love to do that. And it's got such a wide diversity, particularly because we're the seventh largest city in the country. And so I don't want people to forget that. There are people like me, there are people like you, we have so many different people, and we manage to do it well. I think San Antonio is a great example of how a large city can get– stay together and move together. We don't always get it right, but for the most part we do. When I talk to my friends that live in other major cities, there's a lot of discord and a lot of issues. Not to say we don't have them here, but it's not ever present. And it's something I think that we're constantly working on, we seem to be ahead of the game.
